If you have been following all the reviews, photos, videos and conversations about the HG10 that our trialists have been posting, you may like to keep an eye on what’s they’re doing with their cameras on a daily basis on Twitter.
Check out the Twitter feeds of Phil Campbell, Mike Atherton, Lloyd Davis and Thayer Driver to see what a social media mogul has for breakfast – and use the microblogging platform as a venue to ask any questions about the HG10, the trialists’ experiences of using it both as bloggers and offline, or even to request any footage or content you’d love to see.
Moreover, there are lots of other HD, HG10 and Canon enthusiasts on Twitter; have a look at my own page where I’ve hooked up with a wide community of like-minded camera fans. I’m always happy to hear from more!

Hi Holly!
Loving the camera so far, my cat seems less than impressed as I try and shoot her latest motion picture
I’m going to take it to plugg.eu too, so should get some great footage there. Also coming up this month are the Chinwag Live (live.chinwag.com) event I’ll be shooting, and a bunch of others.
Cheers!
Thayer
Thayer – v pleased it’s going well, and the events sound an ideal chance to really put it throught it’s paces…
My cats have been a bit annoyed ever since the earthquake. They love the HG1O though – complete divas
Look forward to your future ‘stuff’ from the frontline of social media madness…

Hi all. Have just got an HG10. I live in the UK and bought it from the USA. The advert claimed the camera was NTFS and PAL compatible, but it’s actually just NTFS – I cannot see how to convert it to PAL. Any ideas?
Otherwise the camera itself seems great, and my tv seems to recognise the ntfs so that’s ok.
I have, however, been frustrated by the software on the PC, as it does not recognise the camera and I’ve had to hunt for an appropriate codec before playing in windows media player would work. I cannot get the validation to work for the Corel software – the submission page times out. I’m hoping this is a temporary fault.
Sean.
