I am brand new to camcorders and purchased the HG10. I copied the m2ts files to my pc and played them in Intervideo WinDVD SE - the supplied software. The video is very jerky during any panning or zooming. I downloaded a trial of Vegas and converted to .avi. That took away the jerkiness but degraded the quality. Can anyone tell me the exact settings to convert to so that I can simply play my videos on my XP machine - either in QuickTime or Window Media Player?
Thank you,
Mark
