Have HG10, will travel

Esteemed international social media playboy and Canon Camera Buzz trialist Mike Atherton has returned from his latest trip to California and is uploading videos from the trip onto his blog. There’s a triumphant photo of Mike brandishing his HG10 and it’ll be great to hear how the camera fared on its video blogging marathon. Hey Holly, love your blog! I’m quite new in HD video and find very useful information on your site.
I’ve noticed you love your HG10. Just a question:
What do you do if you run out of mem in the middle of your vacations?
Is there any way to free memory downloading to an external hard disk or DVD writer?

Norbert - glad you like the site and hope you’re getting to grips with HD OK. I’ve posted an article this morning about a good portable DVD writer for transferring some of your footage onto DVD to free up memory on the HG10. Hope it’s of interest
